FirePro Solutions Limited offers specialist services including (but not limited to):

3.1 Consultancy & Design Services

Fire sprinkler system design for Residential & Domestic (R&D), Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications.
Designs prepared in accordance with applicable standards, including BS EN 16925:2018, BS 9251:2021, BS EN 12845, BS 9990, NFPA 13R, NFPA standards, and FM Global requirements.

3.2 Third-Party Site Inspections

Independent and impartial inspections of fire sprinkler systems at design, installation, commissioning, and post-completion stages.
Inspections include document review, installation checks, hydraulic verification, and compliance assessment.

3.3 Third-Party Design Review

Independent technical checks, peer review, and verification using standard industry checklists, including Canute hydraulic calculation reviews.

3.4 Hydraulic Calculations & Performance Analysis

Hydraulic modelling, pressure and flow assessment, pump performance analysis, and complete calculation reports.

3.5 Full Fire Sprinkler System Design Packages

Site surveys, optimised pipework layouts, hydraulic calculations, sprinkler head spacing, installation drawings, schematics, and tender/approval documentation.

3.6 As-Fitted / As-Built Drawing Services

Site verification surveys, detailed measured drawings, DWG/PDF outputs, O&M documentation, and asset management support.

All services are subject to separate fee proposals, written quotations, and/or consultancy agreements.

10. Fees, Quotations & Payment Terms

All professional services are subject to written quotations.
Fees may be charged on a fixed price or hourly/daily rate basis.
Payment terms are defined in the client’s quotation or consultancy agreement.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

No work will be released until payment terms have been met.
